CrossFit Methodology

The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general, and inclusive fitness. CrossFit does this with constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement focusing on safety, efficacy, and efficiency to provide measurable, observable, repeatable data -- evidence-based fitness.

CrossFit defines fitness as work capacity measured across broad time and modal domains.

CrossFit recommends you eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar, and get plenty of sleep every night.

The CrossFit Level 1 Training Guide is available free in many languages at Training Guide.
